    Duties

    日本ガイシ株式会社の研究開発部門において、新型蓄電池（ニッケル亜鉛二次電池）の製品開発および製品設計を主導します。具体的には、新規二次電池の部材・プロセス開発、FGANウエハーの品質向上と応用技術開発、新機能性無機材料の研究、材料解析、半導体製造装置に関する溶射技術開発に取り組みます。電気化学測定評価技術、材料解析技術を駆使し、セラミックス技術を活用した革新的な製品開発を行います。また、各種電池セルおよびモジュールの開発、化合物半導体の成膜技術、デバイス製造・評価技術など、幅広い技術領域で最先端の研究開発に挑戦します。
