北米のハイパースケールデータセンター向けAIチップの水冷設計に従事し、水冷コールドプレートおよびコールドプレートモジュールの設計と性能改善を担当します。主な業務は、顧客との仕様折衝、プレゼンテーション、サンプル作製、性能評価、熱シミュレーションの実施、製品コストの見積もり、生産技術部門への仕様インプットと折衝などです。2D・3D CADを使用した機構設計、熱設計、流体解析、強度解析を行い、最新の冷却技術を用いてAIシステムの発展に貢献します。世界的な企業と直接やり取りを行い、高度な技術的要求に対応しながら、迅速かつ柔軟な対応が求められる役割を担っています。
