製造工程における生産性向上と効率化を目指し、千葉、日光、三重の各事業所の設備開発に従事します。主な業務は、製造プロセスのデータ取得とデータベース化、データ分析による問題工程の特定と歩留まり改善提案です。画像処理技術と設備制御技術を活用し、検査工程の自動化および省人化を推進します。また、製造設備からプロセスデータを取得するためのセンシング技術の開発を行い、Python、C#、Power BIなどのデータ解析ツールを駆使して、生産性向上のための技術的アプローチを実施します。データ分析と可視化を通じて、製造現場の課題解決と技術革新に貢献する役割を担います。
