北米のハイパースケールデータセンター向けAIチップの水冷設計に関する生産技術業務を担当します。主な業務は、水冷コールドプレートおよびコールドプレートモジュールの工程設計と設備検討、サンプル作製、製品コスト見積もり、技術開発グループとの仕様打ち合わせ、工場との折衝などです。世界的な企業と直接やり取りを行い、最新の冷却技術の開発に携わります。顧客の高度な要求水準に応えるため、スピード感のある対応と柔軟な調整能力が求められます。2D・3D CADを使用した設計、国内外の新工場設立経験、生産設備に関する専門知識、英語でのコミュニケーション能力が必要となります。
