    人事戦略室のHRグループにおいて、給与計算、勤怠管理、労務業務、人事制度の策定、HRシステムの運用など、幅広い人事関連業務を担当します。メンバーのマネジメントを行いながら、グループ全体の労務管理と組織の効率化を推進する重要な役割を担います。

We are developing a platform for future development of the industry by conducting front-end development of the platform and back-end development of the platform.

    Duties

    人事戦略室のHRグループにおいて、プレイングマネージャーとして給与計算、勤怠管理、保険手続き、労務業務全般の運用を担当します。メンバー5名のマネジメントを行いながら、人事制度や賃金制度の策定、改訂、HRシステムの運用改善を実施します。具体的には、労務関連データの作成とチェック、法改正対応、従業員面談、福利厚生の企画運営、安全衛生管理体制の構築、M&Aに伴う制度設計、子会社の労務管理、働き方改革の立案など、幅広い人事労務管理業務を遂行します。組織の成長と生産性向上を支援し、従業員のワークライフバランスを推進する重要な役割を担います。
