ロボットコントローラやマシンコントローラ向けのASIC（特定用途向け集積回路）開発に従事します。主な業務は、ブロック単位およびチップ全体の仕様策定、RTL設計（Verilog-HDL、VHDL使用）、シミュレーション（Synopsys, Cadence, Vivado, Quartus等）、検証仕様策定、テストベンチ設計です。製品のコントローラ、サーボ、インバータに搭載される重要なキーデバイスの開発を担当し、モータ制御性能を最高レベルに引き上げる技術開発に取り組みます。開発プロセスは仕様策定から評価まで一貫して経験でき、将来製品に向けた基礎技術開発にじっくりと取り組むことができます。ASICベンダとの技術折衝や若手技術者の育成も将来的な役割として期待されています。
