    Job Summary

    生産技術開発部門において、設備開発者として設備要素開発、試験評価、生産設備の導入および改善、新規工場プロジェクトでの生産設備立ち上げを担当します。電気エンジニアと協働し、主に機械的要素および工法の開発に従事し、社内既存設備の稼働情報に基づいた新たな機構開発や生産設備の開発を行います。

    Duties

    生産設備の開発に特化したエンジニアとして、電気エンジニアと協力しながら生産設備の機械的要素および工法の開発を担当します。具体的には、既存の生産設備の稼働情報や不具合データを分析し、新しい機構や設備の開発を行います。開発プロセスは構想段階から実機検証まで一貫して担当し、国内外の工場への設備導入、立上げ、改善プロジェクトに携わります。また、タイヤおよび自動車部品関連部門の中長期戦略に基づき、製造工法、生産システムの革新を通じて、品質向上とコスト低減に貢献する役割を担っています。
