    Duties

    タイヤ及び自動車部品関連部門の生産技術開発において、設備要素開発から実機検証までの一連のプロセスを担当します。具体的には、社内の既存生産設備の稼働情報に基づいて新たな機構を開発し、生産設備の改善や新規開発を行います。電気エンジニアと協力しながら、主に機械的要素および工法を担当し、国内外の工場への設備導入や立上げプロジェクトにも携わります。企画から効果確認までを一貫して担当し、事業拡張や新工場設立などの重要な業務に直接貢献します。また、設備の機構開発、2D/3DCADを活用した設計、力学・空圧・油圧に関する技術的課題の解決など、幅広い技術的アプローチが求められる役割です。
