    Rakuten Institute of Technology (RIT) is a core AI research institute in Rakuten, and has 6 strategic bases in Tokyo, Singapore, Boston, San Mateo, Bengaluru, and Paris. We conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, knowledge discovery, and data mining, and have a dedicated AI research team that specializes in data mining, and optimization of user experiences and marketing effectiveness within the Rakuten Group. We conduct advanced research in machine learning and bandit algorithms, and conduct the forefront research of reinforcement learning and optimization of the bandit algorithm within the Rakuten Group.

    Duties

    楽天のAIコンパニオンとAIコンポーザーの開発に従事し、ユーザーとのインタラクションデータを分析し、AIアシスタントの改善に取り組みます。具体的には、アシスタントとのユーザー対話を詳細に分析し、システムの限界を特定するとともに、ユーザー体験を向上させるための洞察を導き出します。大規模データセットを活用し、ユーザーの意図理解や応答品質を高めるための実験設計、メトリクスの評価、プロダクト開発への示唆を行います。また、自然言語処理や機械学習技術を駆使して、AIエージェントの対話能力と適応性を継続的に改善し、ユーザーに直感的でパーソナライズされたデジタル体験を提供することを目指します。
