    Rakuten Institute of Technology (RIT) is a core AI research institute in Rakuten, and has 6 strategic bases in Tokyo, Singapore, Boston, San Mateo, Bengaluru, and Paris. We conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, knowledge discovery, and data mining, and have a dedicated AI research team that specializes in data mining, and optimization of user experiences and marketing effectiveness within the Rakuten Group. We conduct advanced research in machine learning and bandit algorithms, and conduct the forefront research of reinforcement learning and optimization of the bandit algorithm within the Rakuten Group.

    Duties

    楽天のデータ駆動型マーケティングチームにおいて、マーケティングおよび広告分野のAIソリューション開発に従事します。大規模なデータセットを分析し、機械学習モデルを研究・開発します。具体的には、eコマース、小売、金融、モバイルなど、多様な業界のクライアントに向けて、機械学習モデルの設計、実装、本番環境への展開を行います。リインフォースメント学習、大規模言語モデル、自然言語処理、コンピュータビジョンなどの先端技術を活用し、クロスファンクショナルチームと協働してイノベーティブなAI製品を創出します。データソースの特定、アルゴリズムの開発、トレンド分析、モデルの精度向上、ビジネスインサイトの生成など、データサイエンスの全プロセスに深く関与します。
