    Duties

    建設機械の電動化および無人施工に向けた電動駆動システムの開発に従事します。主な業務は、モータドライバや周辺回路の設計、電子部品および電気コンポーネントの選定、試作品の製作と実験検証です。サプライヤや顧客との協議を通じてシステム仕様を作成し、社会課題の解決に貢献します。電気電子部品の選定と評価、電気回路の設計と問題解決を行い、顧客ニーズを的確に把握しながら、モータ制御技術を活用した革新的な駆動システムの研究開発を推進します。R&Dセンターからの技術サポートを受けながら、自ら設計に関わった試作品の実験検証を通じて、実践的な技術知識を蓄積していきます。
