    デジタルツイン開発の総合職として、製品の高精度解析モデル構築、シミュレーション技術の調査・開発、カンパニーへの技術提案や課題解決、チームメンバーの育成・指導を行います。最先端のシミュレーション技術を活用し、製品開発から保守までの幅広い領域で技術貢献を目指します。

    Nabtesco Corporation is a company that conducts research and development of control technology. We utilize the knowledge gained through joint research with internal and external research institutions on analysis and evaluation technology related to the latest control technology, and apply the acquired knowledge.

    Duties

    1DCAEを主として、製品の高精度解析モデル（デジタルツイン）を構築し、顧客製品モデルの開発を行います。シミュレーション技術の調査・開発を通じて、製品開発における課題解決方法を提案します。具体的には、SimulationXやMATLAB/Simulinkを用いたモデル解析、制御工学に基づく最適化技術の研究、システムシミュレーションの高度化に取り組みます。また、チームメンバーの育成や技術共有、社内研修の講師としての役割も担い、デジタルツイン技術の発展と組織の技術力向上に貢献します。
