We will provide support for non-compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, analysis and countermeasures, and development of new services, and solve the issues of customers' securities services.

    Duties

    化学・素材業界のコンサルティングにおいて、業界構造や産業変化の洞察、経営戦略・事業戦略の立案を行います。具体的には、サーキュラーエコノミーやカーボンニュートラルの実行支援、特定顧客産業向けの成長戦略立案、グローバル化に伴う構造改革、新規事業開発などに取り組みます。顧客の経営層やミドルマネジメントに対して継続的な提案を行い、全社戦略の策定、R&D改革、組織・業務改革、PMIなどのプロジェクトを通じて、企業の変革を支援します。また、業界向けの講演会や論文寄稿、書籍出版などを通じて、産業の発展に貢献します。
