ServiceNowを活用したソリューションコンサルタントとして、顧客のビジネス課題を深く理解し、IT Service Management（ITSM）、Customer Service Management（CSM）、Integrated Risk Management（IRM）、Security Operations（SecOps）、Strategic Portfolio Management（SPM）などの領域で最適なソリューションを提案します。具体的には、顧客との綿密なヒアリングを通じて課題を把握し、ServiceNowの標準機能を最大限に活用した業務設計、システム開発、導入支援を行います。提案書作成、プレゼンテーション、要件定義、設計、構築、テスト、教育、移行、定着化支援まで、プロジェクト全工程において顧客の業務効率化、省力化、自動運用、セキュリティレベル向上、品質改善を総合的に支援します。
