    Duties

    大手流通業・保険業向けのIT運用サービスにおいて、サービスの安定供給と価値向上を目指す業務を遂行します。主な業務は、運用サービスの企画・開発・導入、新規運用サービスの立案、アプリケーションおよびインフラの運用受入評価、ITIL/ISO20000に基づくサービスマネジメントです。具体的には、クラウド環境（AWS、Azure、GCP等）における運用オプションの検討、新技術を活用した運用サービスの改善、お客様の技術動向を踏まえた運用戦略の立案などを行います。システム基盤の設計・開発・保守経験を活かし、運用の効率化と付加価値向上に貢献する役割を担います。
