    Job Summary

    カーボンニュートラルとサーキュラーエコノミーの実現に向けて、自動車内装用の樹脂材料の技術開発を行います。材料の開発企画、配合設計、加工、化学処理による分解・改質・再生など、製品適用までの一貫した開発業務を担当し、低CO2材料の使用や廃車部品からの材料再生技術の確立を目指します。

    Through joint research with Toyota Group, we are conducting research and development aimed at creating a new infrastructure that is environmentally friendly. We are conducting research on the construction of plants aimed at reducing CO2 emissions in the manufacturing process, and the field of chemical engineering is active in the field.

    Duties

    カーボンニュートラル（CN）とサーキュラーエコノミー（CE）の実現に向けて、自動車内装向けの樹脂材料の先行技術開発を担当します。主な業務は、開発企画および開発計画の立案、材料の配合設計と加工による特性制御、化学処理を通じた材料の分解・改質・再生プロセスの研究です。社内の製品先行開発部門や外部研究機関、素材メーカーと連携しながら、PP（ポリプロピレン）やウレタンなどの主要材料に対する低CO2・リサイクル対応技術の開発に取り組みます。具体的には、材料分析、分子構造解析、材料物性評価を行い、最終的な自動車部品の性能と環境負荷低減を両立する革新的な材料技術の確立を目指します。
