    Job Summary

    半導体関連材料の分析解析業務を担当し、製品の不具合原因究明や機能発現機構の解明を行います。開発部署と協働して仮説を立案・検証し、分析結果に基づいた製品開発や設計提案を実施します。計算科学やシミュレーション部門と連携し、技術的な課題解決に取り組みます。

    Duties

    横浜材料解析部にて、半導体パッケージ関連材料の分析解析業務を担当します。主に有機材料を中心とした開発部署と協働し、製品の不具合原因の解明や機能発現機構の究明を行います。具体的には、HPLC、GCMS、NMR、FTIR、Ramanなどの各種化学分析技術を駆使して、材料の組成分析や表面分析を実施します。分析結果に基づいて仮説を立案し、検証することで製品開発に直接貢献します。また、近隣および遠方の開発部門との密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、製品設計提案や不具合防止対策を行い、半導体関連材料の改良と innovation に取り組みます。
