    Duties

    産機・住設・車載分野向けのブラシレスモーター制御に関する新製品開発業務を担当します。主な業務は、ブラシレスモーター制御アルゴリズムの開発、制御ソフトウェアの開発（位置、速度、電流制御）、マイコン向け組み込みソフトウェアの開発です。さらに、経験に応じて駆動回路開発やモーター用ICの開発にも携わります。製品開発においては、騒音や消費電力の低減、効率性と耐久性の向上に重点を置き、環境負荷の低減に貢献する革新的なブラシレスモーターの開発を目指します。内製ICや回路設計チームと密接に連携し、シームレスな製品開発プロセスを実現します。
