    Duties

    ミネベアミツミ大阪事業所のモーター開発チームにおいて、多様な事業部（DCモーター、ファンモーター、AMR、PMモーター、HBモーター）のいずれかに配属され、製品設計を中心とした業務を行います。具体的には、車載用モーター、産業機器向けモーター、家電用モーターなどの設計開発に携わり、客先対応や継続的な製品改善を実施します。大阪研究開発センターと連携し、メカ設計、回路設計、ソフト開発、制御など幅広い技術領域で製品開発に従事し、自社の保有技術を融合させた革新的な製品の創出を目指します。また、LiDAR、HVAC、アクチュエーターなど成長が期待される分野での新規製品開発にも積極的に取り組みます。
