    Duties

    DCモーター事業における全世界展開のマザー工場で、モーター生産の品質管理業務を担当します。主な業務は、市場および工程品質の改善活動、新製品の評価、新規商品の信頼性試験と各種評価を行います。品質管理手法を活用し、生産プロセスの継続的な改善に取り組み、製品の品質向上と安定性確保を目指します。具体的には、品質データの分析、不具合原因の特定と対策立案、品質管理システムの改善、評価試験の計画と実施、品質レポートの作成などを行います。将来的には、中国などの海外工場への出張や技術移転も想定されるため、グローバルな視点での品質管理スキルが求められます。
