We are responsible for a wide range of business from product design to product quality improvement, and we strive to achieve efficient production.

    Duties

    自動車用ドアミラーやアウトハンドルなどの意匠部品及び機構部品の開発プロジェクトに参画し、企画構想段階から製品開発に携わります。3D CADを用いた設計業務、CAEを活用した机上証明、構造解析を行い、新しい自動車部品の開発に取り組みます。将来的にはプロジェクトリーダーとして、システム構想や事業性の企画提案、開発プロジェクトの推進を目指します。海外完成車メーカー向けの製品開発にも挑戦でき、技術的な専門性を活かしながら、自動車産業の最先端の技術革新に貢献する業務を遂行します。開発のあらゆる段階で、高度な技術的判断と創造的なアプローチが求められる、やりがいのある技術職です。
