We are responsible for a wide range of business from product design to product quality improvement, and we strive to achieve efficient production.

    Duties

    半導体事業部において、MEMSおよびIC設計開発に従事します。主に携帯電話、PC、家電などに使用される半導体デバイスの開発を担当します。具体的には、MEMS設計、MEMS商品開発、設計図レイアウト、IC回路設計（アナログ/デジタル）を行います。電池保護IC、電源制御IC、センサーIC、IGBTなど、4つの主要な製品領域における高精度、高速、高耐圧、小型化技術の開発に取り組みます。FEMシミュレーション技術を活用し、回路レイアウトや混載設計を行い、最新の半導体技術の研究開発に携わります。
