    Duties

    安全運転支援システムの次世代技術開発において、自動運転領域の先行開発を担当します。主な業務は、次世代の自動運転および運転支援システムの機能仕様検討、制御アルゴリズムの設計・構築、完成車の性能評価指標の構築です。MATLAB/Simulinkなどのツールを活用し、シミュレーションや実車評価を通じて、高度な技術開発を推進します。HILS環境を利用したシステム開発・評価や、他部門およびベンダーとの密接な連携により、安全性と快適性を両立する革新的な自動運転技術の実現を目指します。将来的には、先行開発から量産フェーズへの移行も視野に入れ、技術開発の全プロセスに関わることで、専門的な技術力とマネジメント能力の向上を目指します。
