    Duties

    ダイハツのDX推進において、データドリブンな戦略立案を主導し、各事業部の課題解決に向けたデータ分析チームのマネジメントを行います。具体的には、チームメンバーの育成、目標設定、パフォーマンス管理を担当し、テーマ抽出から課題整理、データ分析、モデル構築、デプロイまでの一連のプロセスを統括します。最新のAI技術や研究動向を調査し、企業の競争力強化に向けたAI戦略および知財戦略の策定に取り組みます。また、複雑な経営課題に対して多角的なアプローチで解決策を導き出し、ビジネスに直結するインパクトを創出することが期待されています。
