    Duties

    経営戦略に基づいたデータ戦略を立案・実行し、全社のデータマネジメントを統括します。具体的には、チーム目標の設定と進捗管理、データガバナンスの確立、データに基づく意思決定支援を行います。クラウドプラットフォームを活用し、データ分析基盤を構築するとともに、チームメンバーの育成とパフォーマンス管理を担います。新技術の導入や複雑な課題解決に取り組み、ビジネスに直結するインパクトを創出し、企業の成長に直接貢献する役割を果たします。多様なデータを横断的に分析し、戦略的な意思決定を支援することで、組織のデータドリブン文化を推進します。
