    Duties

    腸内細菌叢の研究に従事し、メタゲノム解析を中心とした高度な科学的調査を行います。主な業務は、質量分析装置（MS）などの最新の分析機器を用いた腸内代謝物質のメタボローム解析、嫌気性細菌の分離および培養プロセスの実施です。研究室内での実験作業では、サンプル調製、データ収集、分析結果の記録と整理、研究チームへの報告が求められます。また、分子生物学的手法を用いた腸内細菌の遺伝子解析、培養条件の最適化、微生物学的な実験protokolの開発なども重要な業務となります。研究の質を高めるため、最新の科学的知見を常に学び、研究プロジェクトの推進に貢献することが期待されています。
