HRテックプロダクトの中核を担う「engage」のiOS/Androidネイティブアプリケーションの設計、開発、運用保守を行います。プランナーやデザイナーと協働し、継続的な機能改善とアプリケーションの進化に取り組みます。具体的には、OSアップデートへの対応、新機能の実装、サーバーサイドチームとの連携による統合開発、イテレーション開発による各アプリケーションの最適化を実施します。Swift（iOS）またはKotlin（Android）を用いて、40万社以上が利用する採用支援プラットフォームの技術的な基盤を強化し、ユーザー体験の向上に貢献します。
