    Cast Me!またはSEARCH WRITEの開発部門において、テックリードおよびエンジニアリングマネージャー候補として、製品開発における技術的リーダーシップを発揮します。主な業務は、開発チームの技術戦略立案、コードレビュー、技術的な課題解決、チームメンバーの育成、プロダクト改善のためのアーキテクチャ設計などが含まれます。自社開発のSaaSプロダクトであるCast Me!やSEARCH WRITEの機能拡張、パフォーマンス最適化、新機能の企画・実装を通じて、デジタルマーケティング領域における革新的なソリューション開発に貢献します。技術的な専門知識を活かし、チームの生産性向上とプロダクトの競争力強化に取り組みます。
