hacomonoのQAエンジニアは、プロダクトの品質保証において重要な役割を担います。具体的には、品質計画の策定、品質基準の推進、仕様レビュー、テスト分析・設計・実行管理を行います。機能テストおよびリグレッションテストの自動化、内部品質メトリクスに基づく品質保証アクション、インシデント対応と再発防止のリードなどが主な業務となります。アジャイル開発環境において、プロダクトエンジニアと対等に議論しながら、プロダクトの価値を最大化するために、Shift-leftアプローチを実践し、E2Eテストの自動化やGitHub Pull Requestを活用した品質保証活動を展開します。
