    Duties

    hacomonoのQAマネージャーは、プロダクト開発における品質保証のリーダーシップを担います。具体的には、品質計画の策定、品質基準の推進、仕様レビュー、テスト分析・設計・実行管理を行います。機能テストおよびリグレッションテストの自動化、内部品質メトリクスに基づく品質保証アクション、インシデント対応と再発防止のリードを実施します。さらに、QA部門のマネジメント業務全般、戦略立案、OKR推進、チームメンバーのピープルマネジメントと成長支援を行い、会社全体の品質文化の醸成に貢献します。アジャイル開発環境下で、プロダクトエンジニアと密接に連携し、プロダクトの品質と進化を支援する重要な役割を担っています。
