Appier currently has 17 offices in APAC, Europe, and the United States, and is expanding to the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

    Duties

    Appierでのサーバーサイドエンジニアは、AIを活用したビジネス意思決定支援プラットフォームの開発に従事します。主な業務は、スケーラブルで高性能なバックエンドアーキテクチャの設計と構築、大規模プロジェクトの技術的ロードマップの策定、チームメンバーへの技術的指導、コードレビューによる高品質なコーディング標準の維持です。また、クロスファンクショナルチームと協働しながら、システムの観測性、インシデント管理、DevOpsプロセスの継続的な改善を行います。分散システムの設計、パフォーマンスチューニング、クラウドインフラストラクチャの最適化、各種データベース（SQL/NoSQL）の効率的な運用など、高度な技術的課題に取り組みます。
