Appier currently has 17 offices in APAC, Europe, and the United States, and is expanding to the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

    Duties

    Appierのテクニカルサービスエンジニアとして、AIテクノロジーを活用したクライアントのソリューション導入を支援します。主な業務は、顧客のウェブサイトやアプリケーションにAppierのAIテクノロジーを統合するための技術的サポートです。顧客のアカウントマネージャーや技術チームと密接に協力し、技術的な課題を解決し、顧客要件を的確に理解します。具体的には、AIサービスの効果的な実装支援、複雑な技術的問題の解決、データ分析、キャンペーン課題の調査、内部リソースの効果的な調整などを行います。クライアントに対して、技術的な概念を分かりやすく説明し、スムーズなオンボーディングプロセスと最適なAI広告ソリューションの利用を実現することが求められます。
