    社内のIT環境最適化を目指し、新システムの企画・導入プロジェクトを推進します。Google Workspace、Microsoft 365などのクラウドサービスの運用改善や、セキュリティ設定の見直し、生成AIの導入企画など、幅広いプロジェクトに携わります。5名のチームマネジメントも担当し、メンバーの成長支援と組織運営を行います。

In particular, the company's business is to support the development of multiple service expansions that support work in the back office, and to contribute to the improvement of back office work for medium-sized companies, without going to the customer's site, and to aim for the development of widely used products.

    Duties

    クラウドサービス課において、会社の生産性向上を目的としたシステム企画・導入・運用業務を担当します。新システムの導入プロジェクトリーダーとして、社内の新ニーズや最新IT技術のトレンドを分析し、最適なシステム導入を行います。具体的には、Google Workspace、Microsoft 365、メールシステム、LINE WORKSなどの各種クラウドサービスの企画、運用、改善活動を実施します。プロジェクト例として、ファイルサーバーのGoogleドライブ移行、グループウェア連携型生成AI導入企画、セキュリティ設定の見直しなどを行います。また、5名のチームマネジメントを行い、メンバーのコンピテンシー成長支援や組織運営（予算管理、購買申請）も担当します。
