    Job Summary

    開発部門の生産性向上と技術革新を目指し、新技術の調査・導入を主導する役割です。国内外のSaaS企業の最新技術スタックを研究し、開発部門の課題解決に向けた技術提案と検証を行います。CTOへの提言を通じて、全社的な技術戦略の立案と実行に携わり、開発チーム全体の成長とイノベーションを推進します。

    Rakus aims to improve the efficiency of work with cloud and IT technology, and aims to be a solution to social issues such as insufficient people and time. In particular, the company's business is to support the development of multiple service expansions that support work in the back office, and to contribute to the improvement of back office work for medium-sized companies, without going to the customer's site, and to aim for the development of widely used products.

    Duties

    ラクスの開発部門全体の生産性向上と技術革新を担う重要な役割を担います。具体的には、開発部門における課題を徹底的にヒアリングし、国内外のSaaS企業で活用されている最新技術スタックを調査・研究します。課題に対する解決策として、新技術やツールの提案と検証を行い、費用対効果を含めた導入判断を行います。GitHub Copilot EnterpriseやDevinなどの最新ツールの検証、脆弱性管理ツールの導入など、開発環境の継続的な改善に取り組みます。CTOに直接提言し、承認を得た上で、開発本部全体を巻き込みながら技術的イノベーションを推進し、開発プロセスの効率化と組織の技術力向上に貢献します。
