企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）改革を支援するコンサルタントとして、顧客の経営ビジョンや業務課題を深く理解し、ServiceNowを中心としたSaaS技術とクラウドネイティブ技術を活用して最適な業務改革ソリューションを提案します。ITサービスマネジメント（ITSM）にとどまらず、資産管理、購買領域、従業員業務管理の効率化と高度化を目指し、顧客企業のプラットフォームとしてServiceNowの導入コンサルティングを行います。生成AIなどの最新技術を早期に検証し、顧客へタイムリーな提案を行うことで、企業の業務変革と従業員体験の向上を実現するコンサルティング業務を遂行します。
