製造業（機械電機、食品飲料、流通小売、化学業界など）の顧客企業に対して、先進デジタル技術（クラウド、IoT、Blockchainなど）を活用したSCM領域の業務改革コンサルティングを行います。具体的には、大手グローバル電気メーカーでのデジタルサプライチェーンプラットフォーム構想策定や、大手飲料メーカーでのバリューチェーン変革プロジェクトに携わります。サプライヤとの連携、業務・システム一体となった変革、経営や事業、テクノロジー、組織・人材の観点からの課題解決を推進し、コンサルティングからソリューション導入、本番ビジネス化までをカバーする包括的な支援を行います。
