製造業（機械電機、食品飲料、流通小売、化学業界）の顧客企業に対して、先進デジタル技術（クラウド、IoT、Blockchain）を活用したSCM領域の業務改革コンサルティングを行います。顧客の経営層に向けて、サプライチェーンの課題と解決策を提言し、企業間デジタルサプライチェーン構想の策定、業務システムの導入支援を実施します。具体的には、サプライヤーとの連携、デジタル技術を用いた需給情報の可視化、業務プロセス改革、システム実装、組織変革までを一貫してリードする専門的なコンサルティング業務を遂行します。
