製造業の生産技術、計画、管理の高度化とサプライチェーン改革に向けたコンサルティング業務を行います。具体的には、MESなどの生産実行システムの導入検討、IoTデータを活用したKPI管理、先端FA技術（設計データ自動実装、APC、ロボット活用）による製造プロセス改革を推進します。経営課題に基づき、生産現場の効率化と新たなソリューション創出に取り組み、設備・資産管理システムの導入支援や、顧客の事業プロセス全般にわたるシームレスな支援を行います。また、グローバルな視点でNTTデータグループの多様な専門性を活かし、顧客の経営課題解決と価値最大化を目指します。
