マイナンバーに関する大規模システム開発において、プロジェクト全体のQCDR（品質、コスト、納期、リスク）管理を行います。デジタル庁や地方公共団体の外郭団体を顧客とし、マイナンバーカードの海外利用、利便性向上、新たなデジタルサービスの検討・システム開発に従事します。配下の社員に対するヒューマンリソースマネジメントも重要な役割とし、チームの評価、育成、モチベーション維持、組織風土の変革などを推進します。具体的には、マイナンバーシステムの刷新・高度化プロジェクトや、他システムとの連携強化、新規事業企画などを通じて、デジタル社会の実現に貢献する戦略的な業務を遂行します。
