    Duties

    中央省庁の労働領域における大規模システム開発プロジェクトに従事し、行政事務の効率化と行政サービスの高度化に貢献します。主な業務は、システム開発の提案、アプリケーション構築、プロジェクト管理、運用保守です。具体的には、制度改正や政策動向を踏まえたシステム開発の提案、開発計画の立案、要件定義、総合試験、不具合対処、機能改善などを行います。顧客との要望ヒアリングや要件調整、社内外のメンバーと協力した成果物の作成、進捗報告、テスト実施、不具合解析などを通じて、社会インフラを支える重要なシステム開発に携わります。
