    健診・医療・介護の保険請求・審査・支払システムの提案や構築業務に従事します。システム構築プロジェクトのシステムエンジニアとして、要件定義、設計、実装、品質保証を担当し、チームのリーダーとしてプロジェクトを推進します。お客様のニーズや社会課題解決に向けたシステム開発に取り組みます。

    Duties

    健診・医療・介護の保険請求・審査・支払いシステムにおいて、十数名から数十名のチームを率いるシステムエンジニアとして、要件定義、設計、実装、品質保証を担当します。具体的には、お客様のニーズや法制度変更に対応するアプリケーション構築と、システム基盤構築の計画立案と遂行を行います。プロジェクトの進捗管理、品質管理を行いながら、社内外との調整を実施し、継続的にチームの品質と生産性を向上させることが求められます。また、公共分野の医療DXに関わる基幹業務システムの提案や構築を通じて、社会保障制度の持続可能性に貢献する重要な役割を担っています。
