Eight事業部における名刺アプリのプロダクト開発において、マーケットやユーザーの状況を把握するためのユーザーリサーチを行います。セールスチームやユーザーからのフィードバックを分析し、トレンドの変化や強化すべき機能を特定します。エンジニアやデザイナーと密接にコミュニケーションを取り、開発案件を起案し、事業の方向性に基づいて開発の優先順位を判断します。リリースした機能がマーケティングや営業現場で効果的に活用されるよう、詳細な情報共有を行います。さらに、将来的にはグループマネジャーとして、メンバーのマネジメントと育成、事業戦略に基づいたプロダクト開発戦略の立案、中長期的なプロダクトロードマップの作成を担当します。
