    月間1.4億PVの朝日新聞デジタル版の開発において、エンジニア組織のマネジメントを担当します。具体的には、5名以上の開発チームのリードとマネジメント、若手エンジニアの育成、コーディングおよびコードレビューを行います。サービスの品質向上と開発プロセスの改善に注力し、システム設計、技術選定、システム構成の策定を行います。AWS、Go、React、Docker等の最新技術スタックを活用し、1週間単位のスプリント開発によるスクラム開発を推進します。また、技術的負債の低減、セキュリティリスクの管理、パフォーマンスチューニングなど、プロダクトの持続的な成長と改善に貢献します。
