We are actively utilizing AI technology that visualizes medical images in the global market, and are contributing to the development of medical support projects such as image recognition module construction, analysis, and accuracy verification, leading to the development of highly advanced society and the development of high-quality services. In addition, we are actively involved in a wide range of business activities, from the selection of SotA models and architectures to the development of parameter tuning, and the development of machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Furthermore, we provide an environment for gathering ML/DL engineering and providing opportunities for overseas staff to use English communication skills.

    Duties

    ヒト造血幹細胞を用いた革新的な細胞治療の研究開発に従事し、研究開発本部長やCSOと連携しながらプロジェクトの計画立案と実行を行います。主な業務は、長期造血幹細胞の新規機能評価手法の開発、共同研究事業の推進、競争的資金の獲得、そして最先端の学術的知見を活かした論文執筆です。フローサイトメーターや顕微鏡を用いたデータ採取と解析、システムバイオロジーや深層学習などのデータサイエンス技術を駆使し、細胞治療の革新的な技術開発に取り組みます。有力アカデミアや医療センターと密接に連携し、最先端の研究課題に挑戦しながら、若手研究者の育成にも注力する重要な役割を担います。
