    Duties

    Omiaiの開発基盤チームのテックリードとして、サービスの技術的な基盤整備と開発プロセスの改善を中心的に担当します。具体的には、アーキテクチャ設計、開発プロセスの最適化、インフラ構築と監視、データベースのパフォーマンス改善などを行います。AWS、GoogleCloudなどのクラウド環境を活用し、Docker、Terraform、Ansibleなどのツールを使用して開発環境の効率化と安定性向上に取り組みます。また、新機能開発チームや他部署との密接な連携を通じて、サービスの技術的な課題解決、要件定義、設計、実装、コードレビュー、リリース作業など、幅広い技術的責任を果たします。
