Job Summary

野村證券のデジタル・カンパニーにおいて、530万口座の富裕層顧客データを活用したデータ分析業務を担当します。主な業務として、ビジネス目標達成に必要なデータの収集・整理・抽出、Python・SAS・R等を用いた統計学・機械学習によるデータ分析全般（設計、構築、データ解析、可視化、分析結果の評価）を行います。また、データサイエンスを活用した顧客理解の深化、マーケティング課題の原因抽出と解決支援、顧客行動の把握と新しい顧客体験提供のための意思決定サポートを実施します。さらに、ビジネスリーダーや他部門と協力してデータに基づいた戦略策定をリードし、事業グロースに向けた施策の検討・提案も担当します。経営層と近い距離で顧客体験のDXやマーケティングの深化を推進する重要な役割を担います。
