Job Summary
AI開発ユニット『AI Façade』のメンバーとして、顧客のビジネス課題に合わせた生成AIの導入シナリオ検討や、課題解決のための生成AIエージェント開発を行います。主な業務内容として、顧客文書を活用したRAG環境の構築、最適な文書を検索するためのRAG精度チューニング、顧客の業務フローに特化したAIエージェントの開発を担当します。製薬企業や医療分野、製造業向けのRAGエージェント開発やAIアプリケーション開発の実績があり、伴走型のアジャイル開発で顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取りながら、納得・安心できるソリューションを提供します。Python、LangChain、LangGraphなどを使用したバックエンド開発や、React、TypeScriptを用いたフロントエンド開発も行い、Google Cloud PlatformやMicrosoft Azureなどのクラウドサービスを活用して、開発から導入まで一貫して担当します。Company Info
