    Job Summary

    バイオインフォマティクス領域において、次世代シークエンサー（NGS）解析を中心とした幅広いデータ解析業務を担当します。具体的には、Whole Genome Sequence解析によるゲノム編集細胞の品質検査、fastq.gzリードデータの解析、ヒト細胞を対象としたRNA-seq解析、パスウェイ解析、scRNA-seq解析、ATAC-seq解析、Perturb-seq解析などの実施が含まれます。また、機械学習・深層学習・大規模言語モデルを活用したゲノムデザインの最適化、トランスフォーマーベースの生物基盤モデルの構築やファインチューニングなど、最先端のAI技術を生物学研究に応用する業務も担当します。さらに、AWSクラウドサーバーの利用・運用、ラボオートメーション（自動細胞培養装置）の活用など、研究インフラの管理・最適化にも携わります。PythonやRを用いた高度なプログラミングスキルを活かし、大規模ゲノム改変細胞の作製における品質管理と表現型解析を通じて、細胞治療・再生医療の開発に貢献します。
