Job Summary
数理最適化技術を中心としたデータサイエンス業務を担当します。顧客のビジネス課題をヒアリングし、数理最適化を活用した解決アプローチの検討と提案を行います。具体的には、データの入手とクレンジング、最適化アーキテクチャの設計と問題の定式化、最適化手法（ソルバー）の選定とモデル実装、プロトタイプの評価と改善提案を実施します。過去のプロジェクト事例として、製造現場での生産計画最適化、コールセンターの要員配置最適化、鉄道・電力業界向けの保守作業巡回経路の最適化、港湾でのコンテナ配置最適化などがあります。また、プロジェクト管理やパートナー会社との共同作業のリード、技術報告資料の作成と顧客への説明も担当します。必要に応じて機械学習、テキスト・画像解析、生成AIなどの技術も活用し、日立の各事業部門や外部パートナーと連携しながら、多様な業界の社会課題解決に取り組みます。Company Info
