Job Summary

CARTA HOLDINGSのCTO直下「Generative AI Lab」において、20以上の事業に対する生成AI活用を推進するデータサイエンティストとして業務を行います。具体的には、OpenAI、Claude、Gemini等のLLMの性能・コスト・利用制約の観点から比較評価を実施し、社内事業での導入効果とリスクを分析してガイドラインを作成します。また、ファインチューニングやRAG構成による精度向上とコスト削減の検証、事業チームが持つドメインデータを活用した最適な学習戦略の立案を行います。さらに、各事業チームのPoC立ち上げの技術支援として、プロンプトエンジニアリングやAPI連携部分の実装サポート、モデル評価指標の設計やテストデザインなどデータサイエンス観点でのアドバイスを提供します。加えて、勉強会やワークショップの開催を通じて社内全体のLLMに関する知見共有と教育活動も担当し、CARTA全体の生成AI活用レベルの底上げに貢献します。
